February Updates, the Super Bowl & an AI Productivity Tip

February Updates, the Super Bowl & an AI Productivity Tip

February may be the shortest month of the year, but it’s packed with things to look forward to — both on and off the job site.

A few February highlights:

The Super Bowl — Does it get any more American than a Super Bowl during our 250th year?

Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) — Who doesn’t love a romantic and fun night out with your favorite person?

Presidents’ Day (Feb 17) — Keep this federal holiday in mind when planning production, shipping, and install timelines.

AI Tip of the Month

As we head into planning for spring and summer projects for our clients, staying organized, productive, and efficient with our time is more important than ever.

One simple AI productivity tip we’ve been using is pasting our project notes from meeting minutes into an AI assistant and using a prompt (at the bottom to copy and past) to generate action items for each person, as well as clear next steps for the project. It’s a quick way to reduce excess communication and move the project forward with clarity and accountability. Everyone stays on the same page and has a clear list of responsibilities.

Teams, Zoom, Meet, and similar platforms offer built-in transcription options for virtual calls, making it easy to capture meeting notes. However, when meeting in person, I’ve found that Plaud is priceless. Having access to the full recording — including meeting minutes, action items, and mind maps — opens up a wide range of options for staying organized. I know many of us spend time at seminars, lectures, with bullet points, and slide shows, and though you take notes and pictures, you have to spend hours organizing it all and making notes on how you can change or streamline your process. Now you can have Plaud take your notes, add photos of the slides, and have it organize it for you in minutes! I cannot recommend this product enough. Users are responsible for ensuring Plaud is used in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Here’s to a productive February, a great Super Bowl, and a strong start to the year. Stay tuned for more updates from the Visual Installations team!

And as always, feel free to schedule time to talk about your project!

Dont think I forgot your prompt!
